Title: damaged water pipe on bulk head

Need some help here please, i have a small leak on a pipe that goes the bulk head. Now i need to replace this part if i can but i don't know what the part is called or if it is replaceable. I hope its just a joint but can't really tell. Will put up a pic as well.
