Quick question re air filter i have a gt130tdi is it worth changing to like pipercross/k&n air filter or keep it original. Whats your thoughts  :undecided:

If you buy a pipercross/ k&n it's obviously going to help as there designed for better air flow. Also you buy one and it will last you as long as you own the car unlike throwing the standard one away every service. So in theory it pays for itself  :cool:

i think you are best off staying with a stock filter unless you are running a race engine.

the gains are minimal and if you dont clean the filter regularly they are no better than a dirty original one, dont clean them properly and you can destroy your maf.
