Title: How to open my boot

I have a completely smooth boot no handle or badge indent how would I go about opening it from the inside of the car any ideas would be great.

(what i did)

1. fold rear seats

2. remove parcel shelf

3. grab the handel on the boot and yank HARD to remove the cover jiggle it about so that you can move it out the way

4. use catch to open boot. you can then mark out where the catch is on the cover and cut a neet hole so you dont have to remove it again

its stupid they never instaled a poper or manual lever to open the boot..

that goes for vw aswell
