Title: what tyres for my 16 inch bbs

i have just bought some 16" BBS alloys,i think they are 7" width,what are the best size tyres to get.195/40/16  or  205/40/16  or  194/45/16    or   205/45/16.
will i run into any problems with any of these tyres.

215/40/16 or 205/45/16 would be your best bet, to try and retain your original rolling radius.
