Hello,
Right I need some help.........
When travelling at speed my exhaust makes a really annoying noise which sounds exactly like a grinder!
I thoght it was probably rubbing on something, but apparently its something come loose inside?
It's a stainless steel scorpion dtm (if that's of any significance?)
I took it into kwik fit the other day hoping they'd look at it for me, but they wont stick it on the ramp!.... too low apparently? it's not that low!!! pussies.
Please help it's driving me nuts!!
Thank you

think my aunties car did that, sounded real scary when driving? think hers was fixed by welding something back together... not sure what tbh, but they did it for nothing at her local garage, aparantly it happened all the time but she's not sure what they did either, and my uncles out so she can't ask him! sorry!

jack it up in the air and gently tap each box to see if it rattles. it is possible the baffles in one of the box's is loose. also check the heat shield is not loose around by the manifold/front pipe area

Ah ha! Ye thats the thing thats come loose.... a baffle! Couldn't remember what it was called.
Right then. How do I go about fixin such a thing? How do I tell which bit?
Thanks guys

its not something you can fix, you'll need to change the whole box with the dodgy baffles. bit of an arse but its the only way
