I was after the same info about 7-8 threads further down. From what I've been told you need a mk3 VR6 maf from an OBDII vehicle.

From what I have looked up the VW part number 021 906 462A Bosch number 0 280 217 512 is the one you need (I have one for sale in the classifieds :wink: )

From what I could find on the internet the 021 906 462 is the ODB1 version and the 021 906 462A is the ODB2 version

the sensor from my turbo maf fits this maf that im talking about will it work then

Yes your sensor will fit the housing of the bigger MAF, but you can't run it like that until it's mapped

yes i know it will need to be remapped but the 3inch maf i bought has a different part number to the others on here looks the same and my turbo maf sensoe fits it no problem
