Title: Complete breather hose change?

Doing what the title says.

Bought these two parts (expensive! :s):

For some reason, they seem too short.. What am I missing? Haven't actually tried to attach them yet, but it's pretty obvious i think.

I can't see ebay at work, but from memory the breather comes in 3 pieces

I will check again at home and see what you've bought

Those are the right ones IF your engine is the 8v gti.
If its the 16v then you need dif ones.

My car is the 8v :) but anyone know what the missing part is?

those two parts plus some jubilee clips are the whole breather hose.

they go to the rocker cover and from there one end of the short tube goes through a pipe to the intake hose.
other end (of the hard plastic pipe) goes in the oil retention box. there are no other parts afaik...
