Title: Heated seats wiring loom ?

Not the normal where can i buy a loom from question but does anyone know what size cable has to be used at all im going to be making it myself hopefully with alarm cable which i have shed loads of but it all depends if its thick enough ! I found a diagram with the specs on but cannot find it again for the life of me !

If the cable i use for work is ideal i will be making looms to sell with the correct vw colouring ect !
