Title: Gti 8v cuts out for split second

My 1995 8v Gti keeps cutting out at almost exactly 84 deg C oil temp (accoring to MFA) when warming up.

It only cuts out for a split second before re-starting, usually in warmer weather and only does it once, sometimes twice, per journey.
Its starting to do my head in, especially when it happens under hard accelleration!

The coil pack cooked itself a couple of months ago and has been replaced with a 2nd hand one (still not cheap) but the problem was happening before this.

Any ideas would help before I shell out on a fault code reading session!

Look at fuel pump relay and ecu relay.
