Title: Glove box light spring

Can anyone tell me how the spring should be located on the glove box light,pics would be great.This is driving me mad.

Ok so ive just checked if the bulb works and thats ok.If any one could post me a picture of yours so i can just get this stupid spring located correctly it would be very much apreciated. :smug:

Turned out that I had located the spring correctly but what I didn't realise is that you have to also wind the spring back around itself.Pig of a job but doable.

I wanted to. Check the bulb was working but found the wire was not plugged in. Traced it under the stereo but couldn't get to it during a lunch break, mounted it back in.  Still can't get to it. Took the glove box out......ping one light in three pieces.

Where do you put the first leg to wind the second leg round...and where does that live?
