Post by: mkviken on 25 January 2013, 21:41

Possibly to curtail it getting too personal as IMO it looked to be heading that way.

It seems not.
It appears you can't have an opposing view to some of the 'yoofs' of today

I don't see it as opposing views

I get that you don't see the point in lowering a car that much

But there wasn't any need to tell the boy that his car looked "f00king sh!te"

It does look low on his standard monzas but as he said he's getting a set of 3sdms
Which have a staggered width of 8.5 and 9.5j so will fill the arches much more
And will look very good in my opinion.

Erm...I thought we live in a democracy where differing opinions are welcome?
Clearly not.
Isn't that what our grandfathers/fathers/brothers fought for...and still fight for worldwide?

So you suggest I lie to people?
Tell them it looks 'wikkid' when actually it looks sh!t?

People need to understand that if they choose to post pictures up on a public forum, you will get negative and positive views.

That's the problem with this Country nowadays...you can't say something negative without fear of upsetting mummy's special soldier.
Do people really need wrapping up in cotton wool to protect them from the scary reality out there?
Jesus wept...it's pathetic.

I would never have guessed...
Wider rear wheels than front...on a FWD hatchback.
Utterly bonkers....and a sure fire way to remove the last ounce of handling that the stupid suspension hadn't already f**ked up.

I shakes ma heid.

@ OP, wasn't me :undecided:

Only the OP or a global mod cud of locked it, you can't lock a thread you didn't personally start...

My guess is at OP!!

I'm looking forward to seeing your car on the 3sdms man
Maybe wouldn't post on here don't think some folk would agree with the style.

I think my FS reference was generic with reference to alternative number plate locations in general and not the car, which is just part of my beef in general regarding plates and styles etc

I'm not anti low or show car, far from it just place a greater emphasis on dynamics
