well had the pleasure of smashing off the water pump this morning due to the car being to low oh the joys of being extremely low  :angry:  :grin:

if its internal.. there can't be any pipes near it can there :tongue: I can't think what hose you might have caught.. there are no coolant hoses that low, certainly not lower than the sump!

update on the car ppl turned out the water pump had failed not even a year old and a gen part so new cam belt thermostat and water pump and the money pit is back to life  :grin:

just been so busy with work i aint got much time to be on here but aint giving up on the golf just yet as the wife is getting summat thats newer and better oh and quicker  :wink: so the golf gets to stay  :smiley:
