It may be coming from the engine breather, disconnect the breather pipe and redirect it. If you have a lot of oil coming from the breather there may be a problem with the piston rings, a small amount of oil is normal. Some people have fitted a windage tray from tdi engines and oil caps with a breather pipe to help keep the oil in the engine.
What efi are you using?.

sory unshore wat you meen by efi the ecu is a motec m4/8 jobbie iv tried that just now and their isnt mutch coming out of the breather pipe and it does seem to be coming from the turbo?
the turbo was a new one about 7 months ago will i have damaged somthing as when i fir got it put on i took it out for about 4 hours stedy for about 2 then let rip. do you have to run a turbo in?
also iv noticed a big crack in the manifold, whitch i had welded up befor the turbo went on and has now reapired.
thanks for the help

You don't need to run in a turbo, some will need a restrictor on the oil supply to drop the pressure. Sounds like the oil is coming from the seals in the turbo.
