one on the left looks like airbox temp sensor or lower temp sensor in front grill, right rad temp switch?

Sounds right to me.
Left 1 looks like temp sensor and right looks like a rad temp sensor

Ok cheers, so the black on is the temp sensor that goes in the bumper grill. Makes sence as I couldn't find when refitting the front end. And where abouts on the rad does the other one go? I'm guessing its an old one as the car runs up to temp and stays at 90 as normal

The one on the left is NOT an ambient temperature sensor for the grille - they are smaller and grey.
It's an AIT (Air Inlet Temperature) sensor for a 16v.

Yh cheers, just checked and there is an AIT sensor in the car so these are probs just olds
