Title: rear end sliding

happened a few times now since iv lowered my suspension,once really bad (180)  :whistle: only got lowering springs on the rears fronts lowered as well, no problems there, could i maybe have unsettled something. tyres seem fine.

Well if you have only lowered the rear that is never going to handle.

it sounds like a case of whats not wrong with your car rather than what is wrong  :wink:

Well if you have only lowered the rear that is never going to handle.

nah its lowered all round bud,soz for the confusion , post edited, maybe just slippy roads  :laugh:

Did you put the front wheels on the back?

High pressure in the rear will make it oversteer

If the front is a lot lower than the rear then that will give oversteer too.

no same wheels went bk on .

filled the tyres with air that morning was only bout 32 in the rears tho which is fine im sure, did notice a slippery road sign the day after  :grin:

maybe better tyres needed with more grip ?

There is some adjustment in the rear beam I believe. Equally a proper 4 wheel alignment will check out your camber and castor etc etc. the kiwi fit type alignment is a waste of time IMO

thanks, will maybe look into it, garage i used for my alignment just used the clamp on the wheel thingy.
