Are these lights standard for any variant of the Mk3?
My new golf came with these on them (which im replacing with the standard tinted GTI lights).
But wasn't sure if they were standard or just been tinted blue?

they are not standard fitment,
Hella "aftermarket" sold many many different colours in the mid 90's (some good some bad!) and they were not cheap when new!
