A thank you to Milton Keynes Wayside VW team.
Everyone down there are sound as! Valet guy done a great job and I would be very comfortable leaving my car at this dealership
I was lucky enough to get the mk2 in and they all seemed to like the older stuff.
Met up with Mr Brown, some champaign and a few sandwiches ftw. Ohh and some free-b's.

A good turn out and recommend going to these events if you get the chance.

That Red Mk5 still looks fresh to me
I bet if you showed the mk5, 6 and 7 to someone who hadn't seen any, they'd have a hard time deciding which order to put them in, styling-wise.
(I've still got a mk5... humour me!)

That's me in the driving photo lol. My photographer came first in the RC race. Nice Mk2 by the way
Had mine on show too

Nice photography guys

Yes, cool photography there and boy do those mk7 arches look like they could take some massive wheels!! :smug:

Nice photos
Imo it shows how dated the euro bubble mk5 audiesk shape has now become.
Shame the photos were taken at such a useless f**kwit of a dealership.

I am also in the process of writing a road test review for the black Mk7 posted above. I got to take it out the morning of the launch and got some great photos. Will post it here when it's live

Oh well, it was a great event
They were nice enough to let me use one of their Golfs for the review and pictures here http://www.netcars.com/blogs/mike-armstrong-s-motoring-blogola/new-volkswagen-golf-7-driven/1156/

Nice review!
Just got back from there to collect the mk2. The only day it snows and I had to drive it back - Was looking soo clean

Thanks man :)
I know what you mean! One trip to Canterbury, snow and a trip to Brighton and my Mk3 looks just as dirty as before!!! Oh well, it's staying in the UK whilst I'm in Spain for the next 5 months anyway, so hardly matters.

Agree, nice write up... Out of all the cars in the shots it wouldn't be the mk7 I'd go for though.
