If you remove old pipes off and take them your local motor factors they should have no problem making you new ones

Making pipes is easy as i did some for a bm 36 (p plate) last week as my mate has the tool. Spoke to another mate about the size of the pipe & he said 0.7-0.9?
Andrew page do 25ft of copper pipe for £8 all in on trade price.
Will be doing them this weekend or next as i got my rear yellow stuff pads & last night ordered my front yellow stuff pads just waiting for someone to reply back on thw discs.
Will be doing a full brake build. Will also refurb my calipers with new seals & new lick of paint.
Cant wait.

What you need is:

At least 25ft - 3/16 Outside Diameter 22 Gauge Copper Brake Pipe

M10 x 1mm Male Brake Pipe Ends (10 should do)

Also some of the pipes that come from the ABS pump ( 2 i think) will have M12 x 1mm male ends so you will need some of these also.

Shouldn't cost more than £20

When I done mine I got all the stuff from the BEAL WORKSHOP SUPPLIES website.
http://www.beal.org.uk/automotive/brake-pipe-nuts/cat_68.html

You are familiar with the processes involved in making brake pipes yeah?

Also check the condition of the rubber flexi pipes on the car as they may need replaces if the rubbers perished or the ends are rotting. You will probably need around £40 for new ones of these from a local motor factors.

3/16 Outside Diameter 22 Gauge could you explain what this means?
Thanks for the info peeps.
Will be replacing the hoses with braided demon tweeks or goodrich hoses.

Its the size and thickness of the pipe. Also those M10 x 1mm  pipe ends I said above you would need 10 but think u may need
12 of them.

Are all the pipes on a MK4 12x1mm pitch? Reason is I'm using MK4 Master cylinder and ABS pump in my MK2 with G60  front Brakes and MK2 conversion hoses on the rear. So at all 4 wheels I need M10x1mm nuts, but the MC looks bigger, as does the ABS pump. Anybody know where I could get an adapter M12x1 female>M10x1 male and use the MK4 hoses re-shaped rather than making new ones.
