Title: Smart Phone Help

im in need of some help please guys, as you all seem (most) quite wise on here

i have a nokia lumia, and cant sent or receive media messages

ive been told i need to download an app of some sort, can anyone help?

also, bluetooth, id doesnt seem to want to work, its always 'searching', its doesnt find anyone, nor can i change the name, theres no settings for it, its either off, or on "searching"

a mate has tried bluetoothing me both a song and an image with nothing working, although his phone says theyre sent

Who is your network provider? You may need to change some settings to receive MMS messages. I'll have a look into the files over Blue tooth thing on the lumia as I don't have one :(

Edit: what model of lumia?

thanks for the reply, my network provider is o2, its a lumia 710

Ahh being a Lumia 710 you won't be able to BT files (images/video/music) to/from other devices, this *may* or may not change with the 7.8 upgrade
