Title: P0036 O2 sensor

Hi all my em light came on and my golf started running lumpy on idle. I has it plugged in and one of the codes that came up was the O2 sensor. Has anyone changed one of these before or know how easy it is to do. Also anyone know the part number of the sensor so I can get hold of the right one?
