anyone running a set?
bought some the other day and all the gen part numbers etc
from everything iv read on the net they should near enough be a straight fit (maybe bend the gas pedal a bit)
However my accelerater pedal seems alot bigger than the tt cover so dont see how it fits. il get a photo shortly of what i mean but seems weird!

From what i understand you need two clutch pedal covers which go on with some rubber removed and the accelerater pedal cover just needs flattening.
-
I have the Mk4 Anniversary S/Steel pedal covers and I'm sure I got the full set (one of each) and they fitted with just a flattening of the accelerator cover required.
I can't really remember - it was 10 years ago I fitted them!
I can't believe Mk4 Golf pedals are different to Mk1 TT or Lupo GTI, both of which used the TT style covers.

well yea i thought it just needed flattening but mine seems no where near wide enough either! parts numbers are all fine.
theres a gap of a few mm each side

I read somewhere you need the LHD TT accelerator pedal which may explain why it's not fitting
-
I've not heard of that before.

Found the forum thread again- although there does seem to be a split on opinion

From reading that it would seem you require
LHD accelerator
RHD clutch
RHD brake
-
Cant you just narrow your acc pedal a few mm either side?
-
Or even 2 rhd clutch covers so you dont have to trim the rubber from the rear.
-
was thinking that screech would be alot easier!

Have a look at Skoda Octavia vRS pedals and see if they fit.
