what does this mean hall sensor or something

is this responsible for my running issues

I did this with the engine off just ignition on but when I rescanned it with engine on it came up with no codes

The engine is complaining about lack of signal from the hall sensor in the dizzy.  Could easily be a running issue.  Its either the sensor faulty or wiring
