Thanks to EyeballPaul for the LED tail lights he sold me in a rather large box (Enjoy the mini when you get it). I have just finished fitting them and for anyone else thats interested I have a Apr 2010 model with the 0575 controller and used 15 as my coding in Byte 18. This removes all bulb warnings, rear fog ok, reverse lights ok, brakes are on the outside only, opening the rear hatch turns off the inner lights.
To say the least they look great, shame I never really see them.

Good arn't they.Perhaps some led number plate illumination next?
-
I know what I forgot to mention, it was interesting that the drivers side rear inner tail light had actually worn the red paint off and was working its way through the undercoat. Potential rust area avoided, touched it up with some red, fingers crossed the leds are slightly different and dont rub.

Would the coding for the rear clusters stop the no. Plate LEDs creating any bulb out issues if you were to use the oem led units from the later cars?
OP - they look great, one of the best mods I have made to our car
-
Yep. Nice mod - makes those that follow you enjoy your rear

Interesting question, no idea.

I followed a CW GTD this morning and thought, that rear end looks ace!
-
I have to admit I would struggle to find a better looking tail light on a car.
-
Very nice...... Your rear is officially transformed

Hopefully more desirable, but not so much it gets banged, no one wants that.

They look great, gutted now when i look at the back of mine. Really hate the standard lights compared to the LED's.

I looked into this previously.
The led version has a new computer version and program again.
Mines the same age as the op.
