is it lowered? could be alignment...ball joints...track rod ends...jack up the front and check for any play and have the alignment checked

tracking does not cause pull, its a myth created by fast fit garages to earn money. Pull is due to something worn, suspension components, tyres etc etc. As above, jack her up and check for play and noises!

Upper strut mounts. That's what I think they're called :undecided:Sorry, not a native english speaker.
I had the exact same thing happen to me and that's what got it fixed. It's also cheap and easy to do.

need some advice on order of fit with these jamex coilovers, these where fitted to a mk2 hence the big mount on shock in picture, what i need to know is does the upper mount in my hand go straight onto the top or does it need a plate like the one in mk2 setup?

assuming mk3, the top mount in your hand in the first pic is the one you want, that goes straight up into the arch then the top plate bolts on from above. Dont use a gun as you will spin the shaft and burn the seal out.

what im trying to get at is does the mount go straight onto the blue bit on coilover.
as the first pic with the mk2 mount fitted shows a plate between the shock and the mount :undecided:

Don't count out the fact that one of the front brake calipers could be partially seized also causing it to pull to one side.
