Title: Vogtland suspension kits ? Any experiences ?
Post by: Big-G on 27 December 2012, 16:44
Hi All, looking for a low price Suspension kit for my 1.8T sleeper Estate project and came across these -

http://www.carparts-tuning.co.uk/en/Suspension-Tuning/Sport-Suspension/VOGTLAND-sports-suspension-fit-for-VW-Golf-4-1J-type-Variant-Yr-98-04-oxid-1.html (http://www.carparts-tuning.co.uk/en/Suspension-Tuning/Sport-Suspension/VOGTLAND-sports-suspension-fit-for-VW-Golf-4-1J-type-Variant-Yr-98-04-oxid-1.html)

Does anyone have any experiences of the vogtland stuff ? Done a search but nothing comes up  :undecided:

Seems a bargain for the money and I'd rather stick to a suspension kit over Coilovers if only to take away the temptation of slamming it and making it unpractical and uncomfortable in the future

Yeah I'd normally agree, but having searched for reviews online they seem popular on Bmw's Audi's and Mercs in the states and are referred to as mid priced setups comparable to H&R and Weitec ?

In fact I've not found a bad review yet, was just hoping to find someone who's run them on a Mk4 chassis ?
