Title: Looking to join the club
Post by: GGsGTI on 27 December 2012, 15:24: Hello all,

I just wanted to say hi and that I'm looking at becoming a "dub member".

Deliberating between 210 GTI or 170 GTD. Going to test drive a couple at the weekend and was looking for any hints or tips and things to look out for?

Shadows are what your wheels are called..AKA Monza Shadows. :wink:

Post by: Mr GTD on 10 February 2013, 19:56: PP Wheel Sealant (http://www.waxamomo.co.uk/ecom-prodshow/pbwhs.html) is the stuff I use to keep them looking there best...many others on here use it also, apply 2-3 coats and your be good to go...once this has been done all your need to do is wash them weekly with a mild shampoo I use VP Bilberry Wheel Cleaner (http://www.waxamomo.co.uk/ecom-prodshow/vpbwc.html) and there stay looking good.

Just apply more sealant every 3-4 months to keep the protection up!!!
