When I finally get my car (-August?), what is the best advice about "running in"?

same way as would any other engine i guess, no thrashing for the first 1000-1200 miles, work up through the revs, not going above 3k for the first 6-700 miles. Gently accellerating, no foot to the floor business. Oh and a oil change once you have done it.

Not sure where you live but a mate had a brand new Maserati engine put into his Masreati and he just went out about 5/6am and did a circuit or 2 of the M25 at 60 mph to build up some mileage.
