Title: HELP NEEDED BEFOR I SPEND A LOT OF MONEY FOR NO REASON

basicly everytime i accelerate hard the passengerside wheel feels like its shaking and wobbling the person i brought it off said it needed a new driveshaft but the gfs dad took it down the road and said its the gear box? if your coasting the wobblin stops but asoon as u accelerate it happens again id rather change the driveshaft then gearbox for no reason need to no asap as need my car thanks

Best bet would be jack the car up and have a look around give every thing a good tug or kick to see if there is any movement I can't see it being the drive shaft could be wishbone best just have. Play around and see what moves that shouldn't

my advice would be get it checked by a experienced mechanic because as Ray Ray said it could be the wishbone aswell which is a small fix but it could be other things too..

it could even be the wheel balancing is slightly off. but then again it would always do it. worth a check though. also check the bolts that hold the driveshaft to the gearbox output cup are tight, then it could be ball joint, track rod end and possibly the whole rod and wishbone bushes

As said could just be wheel balancing or fooked trak rod would not go as far aa saying gearbox till u eliminate cheapy option first. As said take to a proper garage to have a look. Sounds like wheel bearing or cv joint

thanks for the comments people just falt id let you know case someone els has same problem it was actuly the driveshaft cost me 25 quid from scrappy and now drives like a dreams thanks again craig
