Title: air bag lights

my air bag light popped on it coming up with 1221 tired clearing it but wont work. ive checked connections and they look good i read a thread about a sensor were is that if anyone can help

what are you trying to clear it with? VAG COM?

no mate just a hand held scanner it only come on when the missus moved my seat forward to drive my car all the plug seems ok

You'll need VAG COM to reset it.

Loom under the seat will have an intermittment connection within the wiring.

Think they are about £25 from VW
