Title: DSG problems?

I'm getting my GTI DSG next month - I'm very excited.

I ran an A4 multitronic for 3 years (106,000 miles).  It was on its third gearbox by the end.

The main issue was judder.

Will I experience similar problems over time with the DSG wet start clutch?

If so, what's the remedy?

I've heard rumours.................

its all a bit new to know too much about it just yet.. i've heard the rumours too though.. and a quick read on this section of the forum brings up a couple of known issues. the DSG boxes on the audi tt's have been getting a slating as they hit the 12 month old mark though :sad:
