Mainly for gaming, can't see if they have high refresh rates though  :sad:

I've been looking at these, I'm going to go LG I think as side by side I think it edges it.
My TV is LG and I have run my PC through that with great results, so its swaying me I think...
There are a lot better screens out there if you can go up another say £60, or wait until the sales where PC world and the likes punt out the old stock.
Interested in what you buy, make sure you follow this up as you would make a fine guinea pig :grin:

Cracking display mate! I've got the new monitor set up as my main display, and the old monitor is alongside as a secondary display. The colours compared side by side are insane. The white is actually white, not cream and the games are sooooo much better, BF3 is now AWESOME. And this is all with VGA rather than HDMI, which I've ordered a new cable and just waiting for it to turn up.

Deffo worth the £100 paid for it man, 100%.

HD gaming is awesome. difference between vga and dvi is massive. How old is that square POS next to it?!  :grin: :grin: :grin:

Good stuff, my monitor is knackered and I've only seen them on demo with split feeds off a sky box or the like.
Maybe it will help me spot the lag teleporters on blops2 :grin:

It's probably about 7 years old that monitor next to it, was the first monitor I used on my first gaming rig.
