Awsome nostalgic programme. I loved it when I was younger, but my love for it dissipated with the end of group B and the petering out of Rallying. Really makes you realise why you loved it so much. Such a shame it was run by an absolute idiot, who imo was the real reason for its demise. Very sobering thing watching it and being reminded of the tragedies though.

i'd been told about this doc for a while but missed it on tv. group b was before i was even born! i'm just in awe of it today after watching that. so incredible and intense, and the engineering feats on the cars for that time! but yes very sobering as you say.
one thing i didn't know was that group s, group b's replacement that was cancelled ended up being revived in recent years as the current main rally. love a bit o history!

watched it last week, seems that it was flawed by the format really. How do you marshall so many long stages to the level they need? I wish I was able to witness it at the time though.
The footage of henri toivonen's death was a bit scary, that picture of just the roll cage left sent a shiver down the spine
