Title: Help needed from know it all

Under the bonnet where the pollen filter is....should there be a water drainage pipe or something that drains any water from the surrounding area from that bit just in front/below the pollen filter housing?

Iv never noticed anything there mate. Definatley no pipes anyway.

This.

ive it a good clean all round that area.  The corners of the S P get blocked with dirt and the water has no where to go.
