Hey guys after my order came for some more silicone pipes, (Still need to fit the Intercooler ones yet) I noticed that none of the kits that CM sell contain any of the two pipes I have highlighted below and I would like to change them to silicone also, anyone have any ideas?

The one for the ricirc one mate just buy some 3mm hose off the bay that's what I have done not to sure with the other one buddy

I was thinking of that but i havent got a clue how to hit a catch can :)

Just a 1m one mate but if you do the valve delete you would replace that anyway buddy

I believe paultownsend was referring to the other hose you had highlighted in your picture coming off the n75 valve and down by the bulkhead. It's basically to control the turbo's wastegate actuator and in response to Nino, yes. You can replace that hose with a length of vacuum hose too, although it is slightly larger, I can't recall exactly but I believe it to be 6mm ID, it then joins to a reducer back to the original 3mm ID hose to the actuator.

Arhhh right i did notice it changes in size, best not to mess around with that one then? I will email crea motor and ask if they will make one for me :)

When i spoke to RAMAIR when they made this for me they told me i would not need a to HS it... Its an 80mm down to a 70mm reducer and and hold power up to 350bhp :D

Thanks james, speaking of which, if you want one, ring up RAMAiR and ask to speak the James funny enough lol he had a 380bhp mk4 1.8t so he knew what he was taking about. He did the cone, (made to order) any colour, and the reducer for £59.99 posted!!!! All i had to buy was the jub clips :)

thats a bargain! how loud is it though? i noticed when i put my piperX filter in that it got a bit louder, also i can really hear my turbo as in REALLY hear my turbo when i have my PiperX panel in but its not as loud with the standard, wondering if thats normal or if my terb may need a revamp :cry: it still pulls like a b!tch but the PSI gauge sits at just over 10 bearing in mind i havent had it remapped yet either

Its just right imho, gargles lovely and paired with my forge 007 it sound like i have a dump valve and not a recirc :)

Anytime :wink: if u got an iphone or watsapp id be happy to send u a video so u can hear it if u wanted? As for being able to heat the turbo thats fine just means u got a ko3s they ate louder :) mines the same i trnd to get 5-10 psi on boost and mine isnt yet mapped

have you ran any sort of cold air feed to your cone? i bought a second hand standard snorkel thing and cut it down so at least theres some cold air blowing onto it

Not at the moment, my old air feed is directly on the top of the the induction but i am planning on adding a direct extra feed to it at some point.
Nice engine bay btw :)
