Title: Foot heater not working....

Hey guys, abit if a strange one, my heaters work fine on all setting apart from the foot setting, i have also noticed that when i try to turn the dail to the foot setting i feel quite abit of resistance in the dail itself.

Any ideas?  :huh:

Works on cable so somethin can be getting caught or maybe the diverter flap has somethin stuck in it??
