im on 20mb, but noticed that i wasnt getting more than 5mb, rang them & they said its the wireless, changed the channel to 11 and worked fine, went to the shop came back & noticed its back to 5mb again, connected directly via ethernet cable & its still 5mb, ring cust service & ive been capped (newsgroups, some will know what these are) (downloaded over 12gb of data) my excuse "ive been smashing cod3)
so i say "you advertise "unltd downloads" but you have capped me?", im paying for a service which i aint recieving, so please cancel the bb, guy on the phone says why? i say, paying for something i aint recieving & too expensive @ £27.50, sir we can see that, how about 60mb with a FREE super hub for £22 a month, no hidden charges aswel, what do you think sir? erm... put it on order and i want compensation for crap broadband for the past week, so i got £5 refunded  but got 60mb bb with super hub for £22, not complaining now, will get my super sufer on tuesday
