Title: Tracking someone down
Post by: bored_Welsh_lad on 27 November 2012, 15:08
I am currently deployed in Afghanistan and spoke to a guy on ebay who makes fibreglass fairings. Hes mugged me off and I am out of my 45 day window with paypal to open a dispute. I have an email address and this is his username for ebay..

mussh@tiscali.co.uk

lrm_is_fibreglass

website rencars.com comes up on his paypal account

Does anyone know what steps I can take, hes not replying to my emails or messages on ebay. Does anyone know what I can do next?

Cheers

Dicky

Anyone live close to here, can go and see if they are open anymore as they don't seem to be on Ebay anymore.

I think you ought to use unconvential means to escape the country and return to the UK to start a manhunt and I want it ALL to be in the style of the Mission Impossible movie.

Better still, Liam Neeson in Taken.

£140 for a small claim seems pointless, I'd loose the money and use it as a learning lesson in life. Not the cheapest way to learn.

If you do decide to claim, you need a N1 claim form, or you can do money claims online which is a tad cheaper, either methods go through the civil court system
