Title: 2000 golf door lock problems. Please help me

So i recently bought a 2000 mark 4 Golf made in Germany, but has some issues on the driver's side door, it doesn't close, the car doesn't recognize when the door is open. I went to the dealer and they ask for 180 dollars an hour, so i decided to do some research I found a page here about faulty door modules from this year of mk4's. So is it the door module? Thank you. Please help me about this.

I made two videos the first is showing this problem and i made annotations about the problems, and the other is showing the noises that my door does when closing, if anyone has a solution please tell me. Thank you and sorry for my english.

my mrs car done this i had to get her keys out of her car twice as it locked its self, luckily she has no back wiper so i could get in through the boot bung. i changed the door lock as it has a sensor /tiny button for when the door is open closed and everything is now ok

Im having the same problem.. i lock my car using the central locking and sometimes only the driver side doors close or all except the rear passenger?  :cry:
