Anybody know where its stamped?

I beleive it's on the front of the block just under the head  near the top hose outlet but it is probably covered in rust or gunk may need to scrape it clean to see :undecided:

ok cheers. I might just tell the insurance company i cannot see one as i havent told them its got a 2 litre bottom end on.

Should have an engine number but not if it's been reground at all or Ahem: bored out! insurance co. might refuse to pay out if you don't tell them and don't think it's much more with good co's specially Adrian Flux they just don't care what you've done!! and it's good to be legal innit!
