 foook dat. Learnt my lesson in the past when maf went after ebay cone filter Jobby :lipsrsealed:
-
Go with Pipercross, slightly cheaper too
-
Lol nav I have had mine on for 2 yrs and my maf is fine problem is people drown the cones in oil every time u take mine off to clean never any residue on my maf and if you buy cheap expect crap I have piped cross cone with heat shield and sounds better than a pipercross filter..... The panel filter is the cheapest option

on your 4mo? Hows the sound with cone filter  :lipsrsealed:
Iv actualy got a pipercross cone filter lying around. Jus needs a clean tho been siting under bed for a year

Sounds amazing mate even better with a non res milltek!!! Had the green filter to start with just wasn't enough note!!! Cone ftw with the v6 suggest a heat shield though makes a huge diff as before hand after a run the cone would be hot close to the edges but now with the heatshield it is cool
-
You tempted me ...where you get a proper heatshield from?? Have you Put a induction hose to the front bumper to force some air in? You got a pic
-
I got the heatshield of eBay was like 25 quid no I just did the r32 air intake conversion with the larger air intake there's a guide on ukmk4s I have a pic somewhere I think I will try find it for you mate
-
Thats a good set up with the r32 dsg pipes. Im gonna source heatsheild and some Dsg intake parts and give it a go
