Title: big puddle

just ad to drive throu a massive puddle and i got one ov thoses ebay cold feed filters on and i think its sucked up some water i drove thro it as slow as possible  car is now now jolting like mad is my valve stem going bend now (engine fked) wat shall i do now ??

Sounds like the water may have made its way in far enough, possibly washing the big end bearing grease out. Possibly will need a big rebuild  :undecided:

If the brake discs have any rust on them tomorrow, then it's even worse.

Agreed, my guess it'll be so seized by tomorrow that it won't even turn over. It'd be worth whipping the head off straight away :wink:

just took it up the road and seems fine now so a bit confuzzed ..wat u rekon wip the plugs out and change the oil ???just b on the safe side cheers

How do the brakes look?

just disconnect the bottom intercooler pipe see what comes out, i did the same.  :laugh:
