What made you think they might fit in the first place?

im using all the mk4 looms so i thought it made sense. they do physically fit, i just need to space them away from the door and modify the door and so on, i just wanted to see if anyone had done it so i could use theirs for inspiration

or failing that i was going to use mk2 regulators, just with the mk4 motors and housing attached

It seems like a bit of a faff to me, considering that Mk2 windows are powered by a standalone loom anyway. Retro fitting is a doddle, providing you have all the bits from a donor car.

all the bits from the donor car are there apart from the regulators themselves. its just proving a headache lol
