Hi guys,
Wee all know the mk1's legendary status and how it's become such a classic over recent years. What about the mk2? The gti which people say is the best!
Do you think its reached classic status yet? Surely a car that you can pick up for £500 cant be called a 'classic' as such?

Yes, or course it is, even based on the age of the vehicle alone.
