The "About us" Section could be more personal, rather that spouting generic crap.
The "contact us" section has no address, just
"Daniel Brayfield"
"NOT SET"
I guess that bit shouldn't be there and is awaiting some data.
HTH
Jonathan.

Is it a big company? How many people, or is it just you?

Just an observation, personally I don't like 1 person businesses using terms such as 'we' and 'us' when there's only one. It can appear deceptive.
Also, personally I never do business with a company that only has a mobile number and no other information on the contact page.
That's just me personally, I know you're on your own and probably have your work cut out for yourself at the moment.

Too orange and too generic. CALL US ON... if someone is serious about security they will ring, it gets rid of the time waisters

change the colour of that background. make it look 'simpler' and 'fresh'.

It looks ok to me, What about sticking the face book/share bits down the sides and make them bigger to take up some of the space.

I have made many websites and I have been told I have an "eye" for design dont quote me on that lol however after looking at your site, I can tell you that the secret of have a good website, and make it easy on the eye, dont make it too complicated.
When viewing your site the first thing that strikes me is the fact it isnt sermetical in terms of the left and right side of the website.
Also you don't have enough information on the front page, when people view your website, there going to want to know who you are, why they should choose you and not go anywhere else, and they will be looking for this within the first 5 mins of looking at your site. Does that make sence?
Your background is good, and your logo is also very good, I also personally feel your menu and the top is abit bland and could use something to break it up abit e.g turn a different colour when you scroll over the buttons or something.
please take this as constructive and dont think im flaming your website :)

Too much contrast in the colour scheme. Makes it harsh to look at.

I agree the colour scheme needs work & possibly the logo, trick is keep it simple & sleek. Here is an example of nice looking site i think, this just went live a couple weeks ago

Is that a one man band? Again, only a mobile number.

Get rid of the black background that appears once you start to read the page. The site looks good for the 1/4 second before the background fills in.

here's my suggestions.
1. have you tried the logo with an orange ring around the tigers head? it may stand out better against the black background (which i like).
2. Product descriptions. These are poor. Apart from the technical spec you need to tell me what the advantages and disadvantages of the products are compared to their cheaper and more expensive brothers and sisters.
3. Welcome page. More details here. Why should i buy from you? what makes you different from the competition? you don't need to go mad cause a lot of the stuff will be on the about us page.
4. About us. You've told me nothing i didn't already know from the moment i clicked the link and landed at your site!!!!!!!
Do you have a background in security? what's the history behind you setting up the company?
5. Contact us. Already said but there's no way i'd buy a thing from you without a landline number to call. I want to know your registered business address and your VAT registration number. Anyone visiting a retail website will expect this information to be freely available. You need to convince your potential customers that buying from you will be a safe and pleasant experience.
6. What's your policy on returning faulty and unwanted goods?

well done for getting a website up and running - good luck with it
one thing i would have is your mobile number on the home page - in large type - a lot of people will just be looking for your contact number when they go on to your site.
design wise I would drop the top menu bar options into the horizontal bar opposite the search box.. it looks clunky like it is
give your logo some breathing space (padding top and bottom)
