so went along to this with few people and got my car on the dyno after 4hrs wait! but still here are the results which i'm really happy with considering it made 155bhp last year so a little improvement.

heres a few pics of my mates mk1 audi tt running big turbo and full rebuild with many extra mods i'm sure you will see this at many shows next year on the forge stands. She achieved 415bhp after 3 runs bit under power due to some slipping on dyno this is capable of 470bhp proven on 35psi

this is her with it and engine

Errr, the 'gain' there could well be just different environmental conditions or a differently calibrated dyno.

hot girl, and she drives a modified audi tt with lots of power.

that would be marriage material if she didnt drive a better car than me, cause lets face it, noone wants a wife with a better & faster car than them

This is very true its actually my mates GF shes really nice and as he works for forge she gets lots of gooddies through him and she lets them use her car to promote the parts they make for it at shows

I would believe your earlier figures, as we know CC are accurate.

I once went to Storm near Aldermaston and there my car recorded 173.6bhp!!!

If you give us a bit more notice next time I will take my Golf along as that has been on 5 different RR's and gave similar figures.

id go by your wheel & torque figures, personally the calculated fly are overly high.

either that or i have a monster 1.8 16v

The RR plots are difference between KR & Autotech cams, on the same 1.8 bottom end with p&p head

I was there, we spoke about your car getting on the rollers being so low, I was taking all the forms and money from everyone, apart from you, I think you gave the cash to Tony.

My car ran 307bhp / 264lbft on Sunday, which I'm very happy with.

I'm very surprised to hear anyone suggesting the figures are high though, Bills rollers famously read lower than just about all VAG tuners in the land, and also read pretty much DEAD inline with the rollers at R-tech and JKM. AMD essex will add 20bhp over the badger 5 rollers on the same car.

Storm in aldermaston also seem to read fairly high.

nice glad someone else can verify that badgers rollers are pretty good  i liked your car a proper wolf in sheeps clothing  i could tell you were happy aswell and i would be also maybe this time next year when i have the s3 engine in i will be near that power also  cheers oh and about the money it most of been tony the guy who drove my car in got me to write a form out i trust the money was given to the right person thanks top day and good turn out

your money went to the right place mate yes :) Tony works for Bill, I think he sorted it out for you because I was on tea duty again

Bills rollers tend to give very realistic figures on experience, certainly thought of as one of the lower reading and most definitely not on the high side at all.

My car in previous form made 291bhp at Bills, and 313bhp at AMD the week before!

AMD are always high! Anything from 10 to 20% high

I can agree with this. After spending many hours and lots of different cars on bills rollers it is a very unforgiving set of rollers. If you went anywhere else ill bet money you make more power. We done mike :)
