Sorry, if I posted this in the wrong section.

I recently bought a new Golf on the 18.09.2012 (stamped on the V5C), I forgot to SORN it until today, the license ran out on the 1.09.2012 who would receive the fine?

I didn't SORN my vehicle for about 2 weeks.. I didnt recieve no fine, just SORN it as soon as possible online and no one will get a fine.
