Title: VRS bush orientation mk4

Replacing me rear beam bushes tomorrow...Now I have done some searching but haven't come up with a definitive answer, just an answer which I don't really get.

Which way should it sit in the hole? With the notches sitting vertically or horizonatally or inbetween?  :undecided:
