Title: Anyone know of an accurate welder in Kent?

Just wondered if anyone knows of a very good welder in the Kent area who would be able to weld up a valve hole in a wheel, then grind it down without damaging the surrounding area?

Any decent bodyshop, should easily be able to cope with doing this for you, with a MIG welder, excess weld should then be removed with a handheld belt sander, for a perfect finish
