Title: Euro spec LED Tails to UK spec

Hi there first post and its a please help

Bought a set of LED tail lamps for my mk6 from German EBay, and have since found they have a different set up for the reverse and fog lamps (on opposite sides). Can these be recoded through VCDS or is it a case of re-wiring the lamps to suit? :smiley:

Could be totally wrong but I thought single rear fog lights have to go on the drivers side!! So your European ones will be on the passenger side!

Only way to rescue these would be to dismantle the lights and physically swap the reverse and fog lights but I'm not 100% sure you could do this as the lens will be built into the light itself i.e. its not just a bulb/LED to swap?

Worth checking though
