Title: VW Golf Mk2 PB Engine Spec

Hi all, There is probably another discussion here but i can't seem to find what i'm looking for. Any help is great help.

I want to get a mk2 golf, it's 1.8 8v GTI and an 89 plate.

My question is, is it a carb engine or fuel injection engine. The engine Code is PB if that helps.

It's the digifant fuel injected engine.

Ahh fab thanks, Shame it wasn't carb, could make it bang lovely by simply turning it off and on haha, now gotta get launch control...
